Spring Retainers
3x3: Our standard 3x3 is cuspid - cuspid using .028 spring wire with acrylic on the labial bow as well as the lingual of the anterior teeth.
4x4: Our standard 4x4 is bicuspid - bicuspid using .028 spring wire with acrylic on the labial bow as well as the lingual of the anterior teeth.
Additional Options: We can add an extension on the 3x3 retainer. A ball Clasp will be welded to the lingual wire, extending to the 2nd bicuspids which adds retention.
Modified Spring Aligner: This appliance combines both spring retainers and Hawley appliances. With acrylic on the labial bow as well as figure 8 springs encased in acrylic on the lingual anterior teeth.
Super Modified Spring Aligner: With all the guts and glory of our Modified Spring Aligner appliance but we also add helicle loops to the bow. This gives flexibility to the appliance. It also is self adjusting.
